< why inspector should use Auto Stainer? >

 

1.    Inspectors are easy to be contaminated by bacillus during inspection – e.g. Tuberculosis

2.    There are big technical differences between a beginner and experienced inspector in manual staining work.

3.    There are big efficiencies in work at automatic staining.

In case of Smart Auto Stainer, up to 40 slides at one staining

4.    Breathing too much while manual staining, inspectors are easy to ruin their health. Because reagent is almost kinds of poison. 

5.    It needs to sustain clean, fresh and safe laboratory environment.

1.   Nozzle conduit cleaning function:

The critical problem the existing competitors have, is the nozzle blocking problem with dried-up reagent. So they separate the nozzle from the system, and clean it everyday. It’s very tedious job for users.

Our new smart stainer solves this problem by adding the automatic cleaning function. That is, Just pressing [Line Clean Button], the system injects cleaning-solution for nozzle conduit cleaning automatically.

2.   Horizontal type of SMU(Slide Mounting Unit):

The reason why we designed SMU as horizontal type, is to prevent the specimens take off from the slide.

3.   Indirect type of Heating system for Z-N hot staining method:

l  Indirect type heating system prevents specimens from overheat.

l  Heating system with temperature sensor – always sustains average 50℃.

4.   Big capacity of slides:

Our smart stainer has big capacity of slides – up to 40.

This capacity is the biggest in the world ever.

5.   AFB Master Reagent:

This is the combined type of reagent for AFB Ziehl-Neesen staining and AFB Fluorochrome staining. Inspector is capable to do two types of staining concurrently at the same slide. This product is the 1st invention in the world ever except KS Corporation.

1.   Dual-injection type stainer for fast staining:

We designed our smart stainer as dual-injection type. Thereby it takes effects equally on all the slides for fast staining and high quality stain.

2.   Reagent level monitoring function:

This function assures to prevent wrong stain caused by low level of reagent.

3.   No cross contamination:

This is performed by SMU (Slide Mounting Unit) cleaning function and our unique SMU design.

4.   User defined pre-setting function:

Our smart stainer has user defined pre-setting function for injection-time and waiting-time.  It’s programmable.

5.   Temperature monitoring function:

Our product has temperature monitoring function in real time basis at the front display panel. User can feel the action made in the system from this function.

Also our smart stain provides the visible window. It allows to see inside what’s happening while running.

6.   Space Saving:
